I am available for mediation sessions in two hour intervals, half day sessions, and full day sessions. If you are a couple wherein both parties are unrepresented by Counsel, I will provide a free twenty minute consultation with both parties present. Please remember that, as a mediator, I cannot provide any legal advice to any party under any circumstances. My role is strictly as a neutral third party facilitator.
In order to maintain my neutrality, I never conduct a session without both parties being present. You may elect to be in separate rooms, but both parties must be present at each session.
